THOMAS JEFFERSON
3rd PRESIDENT of The UNITED STATES
MAC N CHEESE
FRENCH FRIES
In 1784, Thomas Jefferson struck a deal with his slave, James Hemings. The Founding Father was traveling to Paris and wanted to bring James along “for a particular purpose”— to master the art of French cooking. In exchange for James’s cooperation, Jefferson would grant his freedom.
So began one of the strangest partnerships in United States history. As Hemings apprenticed under master French chefs, Jefferson studied the cultivation of French crops (especially grapes for wine-making) so they might be replicated in American agriculture. The two men returned home with such marvels as pasta, French fries, Champagne, macaroni and cheese, Creme Brûlée, and a host of other treats. This narrative history tells the story of their remarkable adventure—and even includes a few of their favorite recipes!

4th PRESIDENT of The USA
While it's hard to pin down one favorite food for Madison, first lady Dolley Madison popularized the frozen treat during her time in the White House and the President was one of its top consumers.

COLONEL SANDERS SECRET FRIED CHICKEN
RECIPE SECRET 11 HERBS & SPICES
2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 tablespoon dried basil leaves
1/3 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon dried mustard
4 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons garlic salt
1 tablespoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons ground white pepper
1 cup Buttermilk
1 Egg, beaten
1 Chicken, cut up, the breast pieces cut in half for more even frying
Canola oil
1) Mix the flour in a bowl with all the herbs and spices; set aside.
2) Mix the buttermilk and egg together in a separate bowl until combined. Soak the chicken in the buttermilk mixture at room temperature, 20-30 minutes.
3) Remove chicken from the buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off. Dip the chicken pieces in the herb-spice-flour mixture to coat all sides, shaking off excess. Allow to sit on a rack over a baking sheet, 20 minutes.
4) Meanwhile, heat about 3 inches of the oil in a large Dutch oven (or similar heavy pot with high sides) over medium-high heat to 350 degrees. (Use a deep-frying thermometer to check the temperature.) When temperature is reached, lower the heat to medium to maintain it at 350. Fry 3 or 4 pieces at a time, being careful not to crowd the pot. Fry until medium golden brown, turning once, 15-18 minutes. Transfer chicken pieces to a baking sheet covered with paper towels. Allow the oil to return to temperature before adding more chicken. Repeat with remaining chicken.

Burger & Fries, and a Diet Coke.
Since the president doesn't drink coffee, tea, or alcohol, he dedicates plenty of his palate to the fizzy stuff. The New York Times reported that Trump downs approximately a dozen Diet Cokes each day.

DOMINO'S PIZZA
McDONALD'S BURGERS & FRIES
After the Clemson Tigers win the 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship, Trump invites the team to the White House to celebrate over Big Macs, Domino’s pizzas, and Frech Fries. “We went out and we ordered American fast food, paid for by me,” The President boasts. People take to Twitter to lambast the choice—many call it an insult to the team, and some worry the President is disrupting the athletes’ diet with junk.
Ayesha Curry, Quavo (of the rap group Migos), and former Giants’ defensive end Michael Strahan all offer to provide a more complete dinner for the football players, though the Tiger’s quarterback isn’t complaining: “It was awesome. We had McDonald’s and everything. It was good!” QB Trevor Lawrence tells a reporter. “I thought it was a joke,” another Clemson player is overheard saying on a video.
“He’s paying the check, so he had to get the cheapest food they could find,” Jimmy Kimmel speculates on his TV show.
TRUMP LUNCH
According to two former campaign aides, president's typical order is a 2,430-calorie spread that includes two Big Macs, two Filet-o-Fish sandwiches, and a large chocolate shake.A former aide told Politico that Trump would often order "two quarter-pounders and a large fries" during the 2016 presidential campaign.
Trump's love for McDonald's, and fast food as a whole, could be explained by what a former aide said was a near-constant fear of being poisoned. Trump has also previously said he prefers fast-food chains because of their cleanliness standards.
