Anthony Bourdain in the Kitchen. At Les Halles Brasserie - French Bistro where he was the Chef when his Star started to Rise and Tony became Famous. He wrote the article "Read This Before You Eat" for The New Yorker magazine, and that started it all. The article was hugely popular, and lead to a book deal to write a book based on that article. The book ws "Kitchen Confidential" which was a sensation and runaway Best Seller, and made Bourdain Famous. Then he was offered a TV Show, Cooks Tour, which lead to his 2nd Show "No Reservations" and Tony became even more famous.
Anthony Bourdain was "One of a Kind," and Hero to Many. He had Millions of Loyal fans, and for good reason. He was great, a Storyteller Par Excellence.

Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on the insides of both slices. Arrange the banana slices evenly over the peanut butter on one slice, then top with bacon. Close the sandwich.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, then place the sandwich in the skillet. Continuously flip the sandwich, ensuring each side is golden brown and has absorbed all the butter.
